4,000 Americans killed in Iraq.

according to the New York times about 4000 Americans died in iraq.

i think its really cruel for the president to just let the soldiers stay and iraq to die. there is really no point to this war so why are we still fighting this endless war. many family members are crying everyday because their families are dying in iraq for no reason. if the president have any heart at all he need to put an end to this pointless war.

“Spitzer Is Linked to Prostitution Ring”

according to the new York times governor Eliot Spitzer was caught on a federal wiretap arranging to meet with a prostitute at a Washington hotel last month. he then made a statement replying to the allegations. and he apologize for his behavior and said that it was a “private matter.” and other stuff like “I have acted in a way that violates my obligation to my family and violates my or any sense of right or wrong,” and “I have disappointed and failed to live up to the standard I expected of myself. I must now dedicate some time to regain the trust of my family.”

i think all these apologies and the sympathy acts are all bull-crap. I’m tired of these leaders doing this type of inappropriate things. people like Bill Clinton having sexual relations with his secretary or what ever she was to him in the white house. and governor Mcgreevy having a relationship with a man while his still married to his wife, and also they say that president Kennedy used to have his affairs too. and now gov Spitzer. its irresponsible and disrespectful to the country. i think that before someone could become a leader they should take a lie detector test to prove that they’re not doing any dirty things and they should also take it every month. its time for them to grow up and be the leaders that they promise to be. the last time i check picking up a prostitute was illegal, why the heck is he breaking the law. he should be punish severely and make an example out for other leaders who are doing the same thing.

Senate passes the bill to expand the U.S spying powers.

today in the New York Times i was reading that Senate Passes Bill to Expand U.S. Spying Powers. After more than a year of debating the issue the Senate handed the White House a major victory Tuesday by voting to broaden the government’s spy powers after giving legal protection to phone companies that cooperated in President Bush’s warrantless eavesdropping program. The Senate rejected a series of amendments that would have restricted the government’s surveillance powers and eliminated whatever they were planning on doing.

what the heck, this is an invasion of peoples privacy. no one should have to eavesdrop on any body’s phone conversation. they completely disregard the amendments and made a foolish and dumb decision. what has this country turn into. or better yet what did Bush do to this country? its insane that anybody would ever make this law or bill legal.

you go Obama!!!!!!!!!!!

according to the New York Times senator Barrack Obama won Virginia Democratic primary, that makes about six states that Obama won back-to-back. his on a roll as he continues his winning streak and threatened to cut into Senator Hillary Clintons’s lead in the delegates.

wow! that’s my first reaction, like i said before Barrack is impressive. with all those states that his been winning he’s still not in the lead, Hillary has 1151 delegates out of 2025, and Obama has 1131 delegates, so she is still the lead. but if Obama wins Texas the rest of the states i think its a guarantee that he might won. judging by their promises either one of the will make a good president.

the grammys

Kanye West and Amy Winehouse both had big Grammy nights. The British singer won five awards and the rapper took four. beyonce had a great performance with Tina. Kanye was off the hook. overall the Grammy was great.
For a crack head Amy  did pretty good. And kanye’s performance was perfect i loved his clothes, the glasses and and thing about his performance. like he said what didn’t kill him definitely made him stronger. i liked Beyonce performance. i also loved Rihanna’s performance but what was she wearing did she just take the skin out of an animal and taped it to herself.

Hillarry fires her campaign manager.

According to USA Today Hillary Clinton fired her manager after loses 4 primaries to Barrack Obama. Clinton also said that she “loaned $5 million dollars to her campaign in the month of January”. Hillary seems like the kind of person that will do anything to win. in some cases it would be good, but it can also be a bad, and unhealthy habit.

i think its great that Hillary put her heart and soul into being our next president. But i think that she’s going a little to far, the fact that fired her campaign manager just days after she lost 4 primaries to Barrak, says that she blame her manager for her loosing the primaries. that might be true, but her manager cannot force people to vote for her. everyone vote on who they think will make the best candidate. i seems to like every time she’s loosing she always do something to get sympathy votes. like the crying thing that was not necessary. and now her manager, what’s next?

Another win for Obama!

today was a great day for presidential candidate Barrack Obama. he won 4 states Louisiana, Nebraska, Washington and Maine. its an impressive win that can put Obama in the lead.

wow! that’s all i can say its very impressive that Obama wins all four states back to back. although he had more States than Hillary, she was still in the lead because of all the big states that she won like California. But now, i think that Obama is in the lead. If things keeps going the way they are for Obama he may be our next Democratic candidate.

Huckabee wins Kansas

i was reading USA TODAY, according to the newspaper former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee won the Kansas’ republican caucuses. Huckabee won about 60% of the votes. the win gives Huckabee all 36 state’s convention delegates.

considering how the race was going, John McCain was and still in lead. but the race took a complete turn with Huckabee’s win. i thought that i knew who was gonna win in the republican side, but anything can happen.
